Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing (Platform) to lead our digital ecosystem and accelerate business growth through data-driven strategies, advanced platforms, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-changing digital environment and knows how to turn insights into impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
  • Oversee and collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Personalization, Data Solutions, and Content Management
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across platforms to continuously improve results
  • Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and innovations to enhance digital marketing effectiveness
  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Trends) to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging digital capabilities
  • Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior and executive leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven record of driving growth
  • Strong experience managing digital advertising across: Display (GDN), Video (YouTube), Social (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), Search (SEO & SEM)
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using marketing and data tools
  • Adobe Analytics is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, or Python is an advantage
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
