We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing (Platform) to lead our digital ecosystem and accelerate business growth through data-driven strategies, advanced platforms, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-changing digital environment and knows how to turn insights into impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
- Oversee and collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Personalization, Data Solutions, and Content Management
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across platforms to continuously improve results
- Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and innovations to enhance digital marketing effectiveness
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Trends) to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging digital capabilities
- Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior and executive leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 12+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven record of driving growth
- Strong experience managing digital advertising across: Display (GDN), Video (YouTube), Social (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), Search (SEO & SEM)
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using marketing and data tools
- Adobe Analytics is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, or Python is an advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
