Job Description

Role Purpose

The Head of Digital Technology Transformation Office leads enterprise digital transformation by partnering closely with business leadership to identify opportunities, shape digital initiatives, coordinate delivery with digital technology teams, and ensure sustainable adoption and measurable business value.

This role acts as the primary businesstechnology transformation bridge, translating strategic priorities into structured digital initiatives and ensuring that technology investments generate tangible operational and financial impact.

The role also provides leadership oversight across enterprise technology governance functions to ensure digital initiatives are executed with strong governance and deliver sustained enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with business leaders across corporate functions, business units, and international subsidiaries to identify digital transformation opportunities aligned with enterprise strategy.
  2. Shape digital transformation initiatives by translating business priorities into structured digital solutions, defining solution concepts, and developing transformation roadmaps.
  3. Develop business cases and investment proposals for digital initiatives, including defining expected operational improvements, financial benefits, and measurable business outcomes.
  4. Coordinate delivery of digital initiatives with Digital Technology teams including Digital Business Platforms, Digital Solution Engineering, Data & AI, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
  5. Ensure business adoption and value realization by monitoring implementation outcomes, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring expected benefits are achieved.
  6. Promote digital innovation and technology awareness through innovation showcases, technology briefings, and collaboration with technology specialists to introduce emerging capabilities.
  7. Lead cross-enterprise transformation coordination to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and scalable digital capabilities across headquarters and international subsidiaries.
  8. Own and manage the Digital & Cyber Security Committee (DCSC) to support executive oversight of technology strategy, investment, and risk, while overseeing enterprise technology governance including PMO, budgeting, technology GRC, and data governance.

Scope of Role

  • Enterprise Coverage Lead digital transformation initiatives supporting operations across Thailand and international subsidiaries.
  • Enterprise Digital Transformation Drive transformation initiatives across corporate functions, business units, and subsidiaries to enhance business performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Executive Governance Support Own and manage the Digital & Cyber Security Committee (DCSC) to support the oversight of technology strategy, investment, and risk.
  • Governance Integration Provide leadership coordination across governance teams responsible for Enterprise PMO, technology governance, procurement governance, technology budgeting, risk management (GRC), and enterprise data governance.

Qualifications Experience

  • 1015+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or business technology leadership within large or complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders to shape and deliver enterprise technology initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven experience leading or coordinating complex digital programs, working across multiple stakeholders, business units, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
  • Experience operating in large enterprise environments or multi-country organizations, with the ability to navigate diverse operational contexts and governance structures.
  • Experience in consulting, enterprise transformation advisory, or strategic technology roles is highly valued.
