Responsibilities:
- Strategy Definition & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Transformation strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives, focusing on delivering tangible value.
- Business Process Improvement (BPI): Identify opportunities for significant business process improvement through the application of digital technologies (e.g., RPA, AI/ML, IoT, Advanced Analytics) to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing quality.
- Big Data Management: Plan, design, and implement robust Big Data management systems to support in-depth analysis, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
- Leadership & Change Management: Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with all departments to foster understanding and drive digital change throughout the organization.
- Technology Adoption: Evaluate, select, and spearhead the adoption of new technologies to solve business challenges and create new opportunities.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage large-scale Digital Transformation projects from planning and execution to successful measurement and delivery.
- Digital Culture Building: Promote and cultivate an organizational culture that embraces technology, data, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (with an IT/Digital focus), or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in digital transformation within a large, complex organization, specifically in the manufacturing industry.
- Automotive Manufacturing sector is a significant advantage and highly preferred.
- Proven track record and hands-on experience in driving Business Process Improvement (BPI) leveraging digital technologies, with demonstrable results.
- A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in managing and effectively leveraging Big Data within an organization.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of various Digital Transformation technologies such as Cloud Computing, AI/ML, IoT, Data Analytics, RPA, Cyber Security, and ERP Systems.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Problem-Solving Skills, capable of working under pressure and prioritizing effectively.
