Job Description

As the Head of E-Commerce, CRM & Media, you will be at the forefront of KFC Thailand's digital evolution. Your primary focus will be to revolutionize the customer experience by implementing seamless digital ordering processes, accelerating the adoption of omni-channel loyalty programs, and leveraging data-driven insights to create personalized consumer journeys. This role is pivotal in shaping KFC Thailand's future, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in the digital age.

  • Lead the strategy, growth, and execution of KFC Thailand's e-Commerce growth agenda
  • Partner with the marketing leadership team to develop and execute KFC Thailand's marketing vision
  • Collaborate with the head of product to align and execute KFC Thailand's digital and technology road map
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships at all levels and foster and inclusive and team first culture
  • Regularly engage with key franchisee stakeholders to bring them on our transformation journey
  • Identify and trial AI powered tools that can improve team efficiency and customer digital experience
  • Leverage data and insights from all sources to drive ongoing prioritization and improvement across the entire e-commerce program
  • Lead performance marketing strategy and media plan to deliver overall marketing plan effectiveness
  • Lead CRM strategy and long-term vision for KFC to grow same consumer sales growth, customer loyalty, and maximize Customer Lifetime Value
  • Coach and develop a high performing team of talented e-commerce and media marketers
  • Ensure day to day operational excellence across media, aggregators, Kiosks, app/web, and loyalty
  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce
  • Demonstrated team leadership with experience in people development and high performance
  • Previous experience in QSR, retail, or e-commerce would be highly regarded
  • Proven experience in developing transformational digital or e-commerce growth strategies
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving top line and bottom line
  • Good interpersonal skills and can work with diverse individuals at all levels with cross-cultural understanding
  • Ability to communicate effectively & fluently in both English & Thai
  • Able to work under pressure and help the business prioritize various projects and workstreams
