We are a fast-growing consumer goods company in the mother & baby / lifestyle space, with strong ambitions to scale across Southeast Asia. Thailand is one of our priority markets, and were looking for a Head of E-Commerce to take full ownership of our online business and drive profitable growth.
About the Role
The Head of E-Commerce will be responsible for driving revenue growth and contribution margin across all online channels. You will manage our commercial performance on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and D2C, working closely with KAMs and platform partners to unlock opportunities.
This role requires someone who is both analytical and commercially sharp able to plan promotions, optimize spend, leverage branding for sales impact, and negotiate effectively with platform partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Own topline growth across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and D2C channels.
- Promotion Planning: Build and execute effective promotion calendars, campaign mechanics, and bundles to maximize sales during key shopping periods.
- Platform Relationships: Maintain strong working relationships with KAMs at Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok to secure traffic, visibility, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Brand-Driven Sales: Partner with marketing teams to translate branding campaigns into sales-driving activations across online platforms.
- Contribution Margin Optimization: Monitor daily performance, track CAC, ROAS, and margins; adjust levers to ensure profitable growth.
- Data & Insights: Use data to forecast demand, manage stock allocation, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to align promotions, stock, and profitability.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a lean e-commerce team focused on results and execution.
Requirements
- 46 years experience in e-commerce or trade marketing, with proven success in revenue growth and online promotions.
- Strong experience managing Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with KAMs and platform partners.
- Commercially sharp, with experience in P&L or contribution margin optimization.
- Strong understanding of online promotions, pricing strategies, and digital merchandising.
- Ability to translate brand campaigns into measurable sales impact.
- Entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and comfortable in a competitive e-commerce environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
