Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture principles, standards, and long-term roadmap
  • Lead end-to-end solution design, establish the architecture framework, and maintain the company's overall architecture blueprint and transition plans
  • Review, challenge, and approve all major solution designs, POCs, technical studies, and architecture decisions for quality, scalability, security, and business alignment
  • Build, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of enterprise and solution architects, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and workforce planning
  • Drive technology evaluation and innovation by identifying emerging technologies, conducting structured POCs, and recommending the most effective and future-proof solutions
  • Ensure architectural governance by leading risk assessments, enforcing security & regulatory compliance, aligning with business strategy, managing technical debt, budget planning, and reporting progress to C-level stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 1215 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 7 years in enterprise/solution architecture roles and 5+ years in formal architecture leadership positions (e.g., Chief Architect, Head of Architecture, Principal Architect)
  • Hands-on experience with modern architecture practices (microservices, cloud-native, event-driven, Domain-Driven Design, API-led connectivity) and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience: successfully built and managed architecture teams
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a history of presenting complex technical strategies to C-level executives and board members
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to translate business vision into scalable, secure, and cost-effective architecture roadmaps
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
