Define and own the enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture principles, standards, and long-term roadmap
Lead end-to-end solution design, establish the architecture framework, and maintain the company's overall architecture blueprint and transition plans
Review, challenge, and approve all major solution designs, POCs, technical studies, and architecture decisions for quality, scalability, security, and business alignment
Build, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of enterprise and solution architects, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and workforce planning
Drive technology evaluation and innovation by identifying emerging technologies, conducting structured POCs, and recommending the most effective and future-proof solutions
Ensure architectural governance by leading risk assessments, enforcing security & regulatory compliance, aligning with business strategy, managing technical debt, budget planning, and reporting progress to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
Minimum 1215 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 7 years in enterprise/solution architecture roles and 5+ years in formal architecture leadership positions (e.g., Chief Architect, Head of Architecture, Principal Architect)
Hands-on experience with modern architecture practices (microservices, cloud-native, event-driven, Domain-Driven Design, API-led connectivity) and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Demonstrated people leadership experience: successfully built and managed architecture teams
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a history of presenting complex technical strategies to C-level executives and board members
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to translate business vision into scalable, secure, and cost-effective architecture roadmaps
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
