Head of Event Marketing

The head of Event Marketing will responsible for leading and driving the overall event strategy across all malls and corporate platforms within the organization. This role oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of events to maximize customer engagement, brand value, operational eAiciency, and revenue generation. The role acts as a strategic bridge between Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Leasing, Sales, and external partners, ensuring all events align with corporate objectives while creating impactful customer experiences and sustainable business growth. In addition to event management, this position is responsible for sourcing strategic partners, sponsorships, collaborations, and alternative revenue streams to enhance event profitability and operational efficientcy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual event marketing and activation strategies.
• Lead large-scale campaigns, seasonal events, exhibitions, lifestyle activations, and experiential marketing programs.
• Build strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance event impact and generate additional revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Leasing, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver business objectives.
• Manage event budgets, optimize ROI, and ensure operational excellence.
• Identify emerging trends and innovative event concepts to strengthen customer engagement and destination attractiveness.
• Measure event performance and drive continuous improvement through data and insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Event Marketing, Mall Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Retail Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven success in delivering large-scale consumer events and partnership-driven campaigns.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in sponsorships, revenue generation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
