Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, analyses, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen financial governance.

• Manage all core accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

• Ensure full compliance with applicable financial regulations, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline; an advanced degree or professional certification (such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is an advantage.

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial operations, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG environments.

• Strong understanding of Thai financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

• Demonstrated analytical capability with the ability to interpret financial information and deliver meaningful recommendations.

• Proven experience in supervising, developing, and guiding an accounting and finance team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments.

• Highly proficient in financial systems and digital tools, including ERP platforms.
