Job Description

Role: Finance Head

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Relevant Experience: 15-20 Years

Education: CPA(Preferred), MBA in Finance

About the Role: Oversee and manage an organization's financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility, strategic financial planning, and accurate financial reporting to support the achievement of the organization's goals and objectives. Ensure sound financial management, drive financial growth, and support the overall success of the organization.

Required Experience: -

  • Financial Planning: Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors, executive team, and investors
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks
  • Cash Management: Managing cash flow to ensure the organization's liquidity needs are met
  • Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to provide insights into the organization's financial performance and opportunities for improvement
  • Investment Management: Managing investments and capital allocation to optimize returns
  • Cost Management: Implementing cost control measures and efficiency improvements to enhance profitability
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements
  • Treasury Management: Overseeing treasury operations, including banking relationships, debt management, and capital raising
  • Strategic Planning: Contributing to strategic decision-making and providing financial guidance to support organizational growth
  • Financial Modeling: Creating financial models and scenarios to assess the impact of various strategies and decisions
  • Audits and Compliance: Managing financial audits and ensuring compliance with audit recommendations
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluating and participating in merger and acquisition activities, including due diligence and integration planning
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiating financial terms and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and other partners
