Job Summary:
Head of Finance is responsible for leading the overall finance function of the U.S. subsidiary, setting direction, ensuring compliance, and driving business performance. This role focuses on strategic oversight, governance, internal controls, and decision-making, while leveraging Shared Services and the Finance Section Manager for execution
