Our client, a fastgrowing multisite operator with 20 locations across Thailand, is hiring a Head of Finance to lead a team of 7 across AP/AR/GL. This is a handson leadership role owning endtoend finance in an SAP environment and partnering closely with country leadership.
Responsibilities - Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close & management reporting
- Drive budgeting/forecasting, cashflow planning, and financial modelling
- Ensure statutory compliance; liaise with audit, tax, banking and legal partners
- Strengthen internal controls and maintain accounting systems & processes
- Deliver actionable insights by country, business line, and customer
- Lead, coach, and develop a highperforming finance team with average tenure of 2 years plus.
Your background- You will have eight years financial leadership with CPA preferred
- Strong command of Thai accounting, tax, and compliance
- Proven experience building/optimising finance functions
- Background in wholesale/retail/ecommerce and multisite operations
- SAP proficiency; advanced Excel/FP&A skills
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and handson levels
