Purpose of the Role:
Head of FP&A for Corporate Functions supports leaders and Top Management with clear financial insights. The role covers planning, cost control, cross‑charging, process improvements, and group projects, combining detailed analysis with a broader Group view.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as finance business partner to leaders, including C‑level
- Prepare and manage expense budgets and forecasts
- Support leaders with cost control and saving actions
Lead cross‑charge allocations across all Group entities
- Work closely with BU Finance teams and Business leaders
- Explain and support allocation details
- Improve, standardize, and automate allocation processes
Drive FP&A processes in line with Group strategy
- Improve planning and reporting processes
- Ensure alignment with Group FP&A standards
- Increase efficiency, quality, and consistency
Own Corporate FP&A planning
- Annual plan, budget, and forecasts
- Track performance vs plan and KPIs
- Adjust priorities based on business needs
Ensure clear communication with many stakeholders
- Regular interaction with Top Management
- Strong coordination with BU Finance teams
- Clear, simple financial messages for decision‑making
Drive Group and digital projects
- Automation and process improvement
- Management reporting
- Power BI and data support
- Cost reset programs

Qualifications:
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in Finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior FP&A or financial management role
- Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting within a large multinational organization
- Experience partnering with Corporate Functions (e.g., HR, Digital, Legal) and senior business leaders to support strategic financial decision-making
- Strong experience in financial consolidation systems (e.g., LucaNet, SAP, Hyperion, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams, with people management responsibility of at least 3–5 direct reports
- Prior experience in similar fast-paced industry is preferred; exposure to global or regional group finance structures is an advantage
