You'll play a central role in driving the corporate and financial strategy for a rapidly growing e-commerce enabler, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by delivering insightful financial analysis and ensuring alignment between financial performance and business objectives
Investor relations is critical function sitting at the center of the broader finance team to help the CEO, CFO and other senior leaders allocate resources, prepare for Board meetings, execute Corporate Finance transactions, manage investor relations, and drive strategic projects including M&A
Preparing investor presentations, refining equity story, responding to investor information requests
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including entity-by-entity forecasts, revenue and cost analysis, and scenario planning
Manage diligence and execution of M&A
Analyze business performance across business lines, cohorts to deliver actionable insights
Preparing board and management updates to support decision making
Monitoring competitor intelligence and key industry trends
Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our dynamic team
The ideal candidate will be a strategic finance leader with deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and analytics
5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields, preferably within e-commerce sector
Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial reporting tools
An ability to translate financial data into actionable insights that create tangible business outcomes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership
