Formulate long-term logistics strategies and infrastructure investments while effectively managing logistics costs as a percentage of revenue.
Manage relationships with Logistics Service Providers (3PLs) and lead a large team (direct and indirect) to achieve operational goals.
Set and lead the strategic direction for inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics across the organization.
Direct warehouse layout design and space optimization, aligning infrastructure with business growth and product flow.
Drive cost control initiatives by analyzing operational spend, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing the operations P&L.
Lead and develop high-performing teams, empowering managers to achieve KPIs while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Utilize operational data and business intelligence tools to support decision-making, establish performance benchmarks, and report progress to executive leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in logistics strategy, warehouse operations, inventory management, and P&L management.
Strong leadership experience managing large-scale operations, including 3PLs and large teams.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
