Responsibility:
1. Strategic Direction and Planning.
1.1. Develop strategic plan, including Business Development in order to set targets and communicate to subordinates
1.2. Draw the implementation plan according to the strategic plan to provide guidelines for implementation
1.3. Communicate direction and business strategy to the under supervised
1.4. Support and facilitate high level coordination between relevant parties across the Bank
1.5. Set up estimated budgets according to the operations plan in order to adequately support the functional operations.
2. People Management
2.1 Set KPIs and allocate work targets to subordinates in order to monitor performance and achievements.
2.2 Allocate and monitor work activities of subordinates in order to align with the operational plan.
2.3 Coach and advise subordinates on work activities and recommend work related problem solving solutions in order to complete the jobs in a timely manner
2.4 Proactively support and encourage subordinates for further training and development in order to perform at work more effectively.
3. FX Trading
3.1 Support subordinates in working closely with Global markets sales and institutional sales to offer competitive prices FX products
3.2 Generate income from FX trading in order to achieve Global markets budget plan
3.3 Support team to closely work with Global markets team and other departments in providing best FX solution to customer
4. Interest Rate Trading
4.1 Oversee and supervise IR traders to manage trading positions and profitability from all trading transactions of the IR products
4.2 Support subordinates in working closely with Global markets sales and institutional sales to offer competitive prices IR products
4.3 Guide and oversee subordinates to develop strategic trading plan and further knowledge on products to ultimately benefit both employees and the bank
