Job Summary
The Head of Global Markets Technology is responsible for shaping and governing TTB's corporate information solutions in the areas of international banking and capital markets, ensuring they align with business strategies and industry best practices. This role oversees end-to-end platform management, including solution and integration architecture, system delivery, and close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to standardize and enhance services. The position also leads technology transformation, resource planning, and team development to support the bank's strategic growth and digital innovation. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's or master's degree in IT, finance, banking, or related fields, brings at least 10 years experience in banking application architecture for trade finance and capital markets, and demonstrates strong communication, collaboration, and people leadership skills.
Job description
- Lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of International Banking and Capital Markets technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Drive end-to-end platform management, solution architecture, and system integration while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
- Provide leadership in resource planning, technology transformation, and team development to support the bank's strategic growth and digital innovation initiatives.
- Developing and implementing the strategy and governance of TTB corporate information solution which mainly focusing on International Banking and Capital Markets solution order to standardize and improve the services to business.
- Manage end to end platform to support strategic direction Develop understanding of technology and demand trends as well as their implications from TTB s business perspectives
- Determine resource requirement and forecast to ensure the necessary levels of resources and skills are available to support the platform
- Leading the team to take into account on coordinating with IT applications solution in order to design, develop and deliver the solution architecture and integration architecture in between above solutions applications
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ Years in banking application architecture design and solution in field Trade Finance and Capital Markets Solution
- Knowledge of banking products or Banking Industry would be advantages.
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in IT, Finance and Banking or other related fields.
