Head of Group Dentistry Solutions
Your Responsibilities:
- Your functional reach will be to drive the profitability and growth within the Group Dentistry market segment by leading client collaboration and business development initiatives.
- You will be partnering, building, and managing relationships with all qualified dental groups to maximize adoption and integration of the Ivoclar products.
- Your operational scope will be to manage the entire customer journey for group dentistry key accounts and influence decision-makers to secure business opportunities.
- You will collaborate with Business Development Specialist to achieve growth and business objectives according to the strategic plan.
- You will work closely with our Global Group Dentistry Solutions team, the corporate, local sales, marketing, and education organizations.
Your Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably in Group Dentistry/ DSO.
- University degree
- Strong commercial outlook as well as excellent communication and moderation skills in English language
- Willingness to travel: 35% to 45%.
- High energy level; flexible, adaptive, inquisitive and sales-oriented drive.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and the sales process.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to provide sales training and leadership to others.
