About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and operations. The most suitable candidate is a Sales and Marketer hybrid practioner who has hands-on experience leading these functions and teams to achieve high growth performance in a startup to scaleup phase.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for full funnel conversion; From building inbound/outbound pipelines to lead scoring and designing e-commerce flows to enable online sales. Our primary target market are SMEs and startups that need cross-border payment solutions, company incorporation, accounting and tax services across Asia and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Funnel Conversion Strategy & Execution
- Define, implement & own a conversion strategy designed to increase Leads, Revenues and Conversion rates (KPI) through a deep understanding of our customers & their purchasing journey across all channels/touch-points*; E.g.: Website, CRM, WhatsApp, Paid Ads, LinkedIn, etc.*
- Design a modern-day full funnel process & its workflows; From designing lead scoring framework to handoff protocols, or evergreen funnel optimizations. Covering both off and online sales (i.e.: e-commerce flow).
- Oversee Lead Nurturing campaigns*; E.g.: E*-commerce Optimizations or Cold Lead Nurturing campaigns)
- Provide monthly reports on pipeline and channel performance to leadership; including KPIs across the funnel (E.g.: MQLs, SQLs, Full-funnel conversion rates and Client Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Use predictive analytics to provide a weekly forecast on leads, clients & revenues to proactively steer the team's day-to-day operations.
Sales Content & Collateral
- Create and maintain a library of sales and conversion assets: (E.g.: pitch decks, email cadences, one-pagers, Whatsapp sales scripts, battle cards, email templates, and objection-handling guides)
- Ensure all collateral is tailored to Statrys's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buying stages - geared for increasing conversion.
- Work with marketing and product teams to translate features and value propositions into compelling narratives for new acquisition, renewals and cross-selling.
- Keep materials up to date as products, pricing, and competitive landscape evolve.
- Work with UX and tech teams to continuously improve conversions on automated e-commerce sales flows.
Process, Workflows & Sales Tech Stack
- Work closely with marketing & sales to refine existing processes & workflows across the full tech stack (E.g.: HubSpot, Aircall, Calendly, Whatsapp, GA4, Statrys-owned platforms, etc. leads.)
- Work closely with the Data & CRM Manager for Sales tech stack integrations to ensure a seamless workflow design to improve conversion and Sales-to-Ops handover.
- Own and configure all HubSpot matters; from building pipelines, automation, email sequences, task assignments, and notifications for sales & operational teams.
- Lead the Process & workflow optimizations by identifying operational gaps and providing solutions to close these gaps.
- Design, implement and own the lead scoring framework to ensure scores help sales focuses on the highest-value opportunities & for marketing to focus on generating more high-quality.
Qualification
- Minimally 5+ years of experience in lead generation, growth, sales operations, or sales enablement ideally in a B2B SaaS, e-commerce or fintech environment.
- Proven track record of building a lead generation or sales enablement function from scratch.
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (sequences, workflows, reporting, lead scoring).
- Strong understanding of inbound, outbound and paid acquisition levers (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and how they feed the sales funnel.
- Experience creating high-quality sales content: decks, battle cards, playbooks, and training materials.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, data and leadership teams.
- Structured, autonomous, and results-driven able to operate with minimal oversight while keeping leadership informed.
