To achieve this, we are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive strategic peoples initiatives and ensure best-in-class HR operations.

The Head of HR Business Partner & HR Operations will lead the people agenda in Thailand, overseeing both strategic HR business partnering and operational delivery. The role is accountable for building and executing HR strategies that enable business growth, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and corporate standards. This position partners closely with senior leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness and leadership capability.

Key job functions and success-relevant tasks

Partner with the leadership team to design and implement HR strategies that support business performance, growth, and organizational capability.

Lead and optimize HR operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and value-adding processes across the employee lifecycle.

Drive end-to-end talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce development to secure a strong pipeline of talent for both operational and corporate roles.

Oversee compensation & benefits strategy, including market benchmarking, job evaluation, and governance, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.

Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives, reinforcing a positive employee experience and strong employer brand.

Provide expert advice to managers on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution aligned with company policies.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations, workplace safety, and organizational standards.

Oversee HR systems, workforce analytics, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.

Manage HR budgeting, cost optimization, and office administration services.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team capable of supporting the scale and pace of the business.

Qualifications and Specifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

(Masters preferred).

710 years of progressive HR leadership experience in multinational organizations, preferably within the food & beverage, retail, or consumer-facing industries.

Demonstrated expertise in HR Business Partnering and HR Operations, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Strong background in talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and drive change across all levels.

Proven track record in conflict management, cultural transformation, and leading through complexity.

Results-oriented, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, matrix-driven environment.

Fluent in English, with advanced proficiency in both written and spoken communication, is required.
