Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of progressive hands-on HR management experience, ideally within the fashion or creative industries.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and hands-on experience in HR best practices in a fashion context.
Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Thai nationality preferred; must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in Thai.
