Strategic Leadership
- Act as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director and leadership team on all people-related matters
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business transformation and growth objectives
- Lead organizational change, culture transformation, and workforce planning initiatives
HR & GA Operations Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and performance management
- Lead and manage a large HR & GA team, ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence
- Strengthen HR systems, policies, and governance frameworks in line with best practices
Transformation & Change Management
- Drive company-wide transformation programs, including capability building and organizational restructuring
- Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within a manufacturing setting
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across operations, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including labor unions if applicable
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 12-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with strong exposure to large-scale manufacturing environments (food or FMCG preferred)
- Proven track record in leading HR transformation and change management initiatives
- Experience managing large HR teams and complex organizational structures
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leadership
- In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Thai and English

The Head of HR will be reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of HR will lead the full spectrum of Human Resources and General Administration (HR & GA) functions.
