We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR Business Partner to support fast-paced technology business. This role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies aligned with business objectives while ensuring effective end-to-end HR operations.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience from technology or digital organizations, with the ability to balance operational excellence and strategic HR leadership.
What You'll do :
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Provide insights on organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Act as a consultant on change management initiatives, including transformation and scaling
- Use HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions from recruit to retire process
- Guide leaders through organizational changes with structured frameworks
- Drive adoption of new HR programs, systems, and tools
- Manage and guide team
What We're Looking For :
- Over 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in managerial role
- Proven experience in technology, digital, or fast-growing organizations
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and employment regulations
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Experience in organizational design, change management, and talent strategy
- Able to read and write fluently in Thai.
