Our client is establishing a new manufacturing plant for food and beverage, and they are seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of HR - Plant to build and lead the HR function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the workforce, culture, and HR foundation from day one, playing a pivotal role in bringing the new site to full operation.
How You Will Do :
- Lead HR setup for a greenfield plant (organization design, policies, systems)
- Drive workforce planning & mass hiring aligned with production ramp-up
- Establish strong employee relations & labor management framework
- Build a high-performance, safety first culture for frontline workforce
- Develop training and capability programs for operators and technicians
- Partner with Plant Director to deliver operational excellence
We're Looking For :
- Proven experience in Plant HR leadership (FMCG / Food / Manufacturing)
- Strong background in new plant setup / expansion / ramp-up
- Deep expertise in: Workforce planning (large blue-collar population) / Employee relations & labor law / Industrial HR environment
- Hands-on leader who is comfortable working on the factory floor
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Proficient in Thai and English , with the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholder groups.
