Now we are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Head of Human Resources to establish, lead, and scale the HR function for a rapidly growing technology-driven hospital. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership while actively managing day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate possesses strong healthcare HR expertise, understands JCI accreditation requirements, and has proven experience building HR infrastructure, processes, and teams from the ground up. The successful candidate will drive talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR compliance while supporting the hospital's growth and operational excellence objectives.
Scope of Works :
- HR Strategy & Leadership: Build and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals; establish policies, governance, and lead the HR function.
- Organization & Workforce Planning: Design structure, manage manpower planning, and drive organizational development and change.
- Talent Acquisition: Create recruitment strategies, build employer brand, and ensure timely hiring.
- Performance & Talent Management: Implement performance systems, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Learning & Development: Develop training programs, leadership development, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive salary structures and manage benefits and cost analysis.
- Employee Relations & HR Operations: Ensure compliance, manage employee lifecycle, and maintain positive work environment.
- JCI & Compliance: Support JCI accreditation, maintain HR documentation, and ensure healthcare standards compliance.
- HR Systems & Analytics: Implement HR systems and use data for workforce insights and decision-making.
Core Qualifications :
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership position.
- Proven experience leading the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Experience within hospitals, healthcare organizations, healthcare technology businesses, or highly regulated environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience establishing or transforming HR functions in a growth-stage organization.
- Experience supporting JCI accreditation, healthcare compliance, or international quality standards.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership teams and boards.
