Role Purpose
Lead and drive the full spectrum of HR functions, covering both strategic planning and execution, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership to ensure the organization grows with strong people foundations and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
- Serve as a strategic HR to the CEO and executive team
- Translate business strategy into people strategies, organizational design, and HR initiatives
- Drive organizational growth, transformation, and change management across the business
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, capability gaps, and leadership development
HR Strategy & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end HR function, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Operations
- Ensure effective execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Develop and implement policies, frameworks, and HR best practices
Organizational Development & Culture
- Build a high-performance, professional, and growth-oriented culture
- Lead initiatives on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership capability building
- Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and employer branding
Talent & Leadership Management
- Design and implement talent management frameworks to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Partner with leadership to identify and develop future leaders and critical roles
- Oversee performance management systems to ensure accountability and excellence
Change Management & Transformation
- Act as a change leader to support business transformation and scaling
- Guide leaders through organizational changes with structured HR approaches
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment during periods of growth
HR Operations & Governance
- Ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable
- Oversee HR metrics, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making
- Maintain governance standards expected of a listed company environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong background as an Senior Human Resource Level (FMCG or manufacturing is an advantage)
- Proven experience working closely with top management in a large or listed company
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives
- Demonstrated leadership, self-drive, and commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
