Head of Human Resources (Consumer Industry)
Position Summary
The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading and executing the overall people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving organizational growth. This role acts as a strategic partner to the leadership team, focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and building a high-performance culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and long-term growth.
- Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and employee capability-building programs.
- Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performing and inclusive culture.
- Oversee all HR operations, including policies, employee relations, compensation, and the employee lifecycle.
- Utilize HR analytics and workforce data to provide insights and improve organizational performance.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, company policies, and corporate governance standards.
- Lead complex employee relations matters and promote a positive employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the consumer, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, business partnering, and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in both Thai and English.
