Hiring: Head of HR (East-West Seed Company,Thailand)
Are you a seasoned HR leader with a passion for building exceptional organizations East-West Seed Thailand (EWTH) is looking for a Head of HR to drive our people strategy and foster a thriving culture.
About the Role:
As Head of HR, you will be instrumental in attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining the right talent to enable the achievement of our business goals. You will be a member of the EWTH leadership team to shape an organization that excels in serving farmers, delivering results, and driving sustainable growth. This role oversees all HR management and operations, including administrative services for East-West Seed in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organization Capability Building: Lead talent acquisition, learning & development, talent management, and performance management to enable a strong, future-ready organization.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Manage employee relations, grievance resolution, and develop engagement activities that foster a productive and inclusive work culture.
- Compensation and Benefits: Ensure competitive total rewards programs and oversee payroll/benefits administration.
- HR Operations Management: Maintain robust HR policies, ensure accurate HR data, and manage employee queries with consistency and care.
- Administrative Services & Budget Management: Oversee efficient administrative services and manage HR/Admin budgets.
Who We&aposre Looking For:
- Bachelors degree required; a postgraduate degree in HR, Business, or related field is a strong advantage
- Minimum of 1215 years of progressive HR experience, with proven leadership in end-to-end HR management
- Preferably from a multinational or matrixed environment, with experience navigating complex, cross-functional HR needs
- Experience with HRIS deployment and management.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborative with proven communication skills to articulate in fluent Thai and English
