We are seeking an experienced and highly capable education professional to support the launch and ongoing operations of a new international school in Thailand. This is a key leadership role with significant responsibility, reporting directly to the Head of School and Head of Group.
This position would suit someone who deeply understands the Thai regulatory environment, local culture, and international school operations, and who thrives in building systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the onboarding and establishment of a new international school
- Ensure full compliance with Thai education regulations, licensing, and local requirements
- Manage and oversee recruitment processes, including:
- Staff hiring
- Arranging and attending international recruitment fairs
- Supporting end-to-end onboarding
- Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning and reporting
- Oversee and contribute to:
- Safeguarding policies and implementation
- Budget planning and financial oversight
- Operational and staffing structures
- Act as a cultural and operational bridge between local stakeholders and international leadership
Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of Thai culture, regulations, and education systems
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- International school experience is essential
- Proven background in:
- Education leadership or administration
- Recruitment and HR processes
- Safeguarding
- Budgeting and operational planning
- Experience working in start-up or new school environments is highly desirable
