We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Head of Human Resources to join our team at Kia Sales (Thailand) Limited. The Head of HR will support the daily functions of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation and benefit and HR Strategy. This role serves as a key partner to employees and management, ensuring a positive workplace culture and adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
Role Expectation:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates aligned with business needs.
- Create, review, and maintain accurate and competitive job descriptions for all positions.
- Design, construct, and continuously improve the company's recruitment systems and processes.
- Build and manage recruitment networks across social media platforms, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen, shortlist, interview, and evaluate high-level and critical candidates, providing recommendations to management.
2. Compensation & Benefits
- Develop, implement, and regularly review the organization's compensation structure, pay scales, and benefits programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable wage rates; recommend adjustments as needed.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable labor laws, state and federal regulations related to compensation and payroll.
- Oversee payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely, and confidential salary and benefit distribution.
- Develop and manage the HR and compensation budget, ensuring operations remain within approved limits.
3. HR & Administration Strategy
- Support departments in developing and delivering HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate HR activities through management meetings, performance reviews, and HR metrics.
- Advise and support managers in employee relations, coaching, discipline, and performance management.
- Manage employee grievance processes and provide professional counseling to employees and supervisors.
- Lead and champion a high-quality onboarding process that ensures clarity, engagement, and alignment with company vision.
- Develop, update, and recommend HR policies, procedures, and management guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Participate in special projects and additional HR initiatives as required to support organizational growth.
Qualifications & Competencies (Optional can be customized)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, compensation management, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
