We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to lead our people operations and drive organizational excellence. In this role, you will be a key Strategic Partner to the COO, focusing on optimizing labor productivity, managing a large-scale workforce across HQ and warehouse operations, and leading end-to-end change management. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader who excels in manpower planning for business fluctuations and is committed to fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring robust compliance and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic People Leadership: Partner with the COO to translate business goals into actionable people strategies. Lead end-to-end change management, including organizational restructuring and system implementations.
- Workforce & Resource Planning: Lead workforce planning strategy across HQ and warehouse operations. Ensure manpower plans align with business volume, demand patterns, and SLA requirements.
- Cost & Productivity Optimization: Co-own labor cost optimization and workforce productivity with Operations. Manage the annual HR budget, including planning, approval, and cost control.
- Total Rewards & Performance: Define and drive total rewards strategy to ensure competitiveness and cost alignment. Lead performance management processes to reinforce a performance-driven culture.
- Talent Development & Engagement: Define people development strategies, including competency frameworks and leadership development. Lead employee engagement and culture strategies aligned with organizational direction.
- Compliance & HR Excellence: Establish and govern HR policies, work regulations, and labor law compliance. Lead HR process improvements and drive adoption of HR systems and automation.
- Operations & Welfare: Oversee workplace standards, employee welfare, and safety conditions in warehouse operations. Manage asset management and access control policies.
Job Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in Management level.
- Expertise in managing both White-collar and Blue-collar employees, including Outsource/Agency management.
- Extensive experience in high-volume workforce management (Mass Workforce) within Logistics, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain.
- Skilled in Manpower Planning aligned with business demand and operational fluctuations (Peak/Low Season)
- Strong leadership with the ability to influence executives and manage cross-functional teams.
- Agile and resilient, with a Hands-on mindset to work closely with site operations.
