As a core member of the Leadership Team, you will shape and execute the company's people strategy, ensuring our talent, culture, and organisational capabilities support our ambitious growth plans. You will lead the end-to-end People function across our Singapore operations—including our manufacturing plant and distribution centre—as well as our international offices in the USA, China, and other markets.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that requires a people-first leader who can balance business priorities with employee experience while building scalable HR practices across a growing global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Leadership Team to drive organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and culture initiatives that support business growth.
- Lead the end-to-end performance management framework, from strategy and programme design to execution, while coaching leaders to foster a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and high performance.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition, employer branding, and retention strategies to position the company as an employer of choice across corporate, manufacturing, retail, distribution, and supply chain functions.
- Build and strengthen HR capabilities and operating models to support the growth of our international offices, with an immediate focus on the USA and China.
- Champion the employee experience across our manufacturing and retail workforce by designing people programmes that enhance engagement, productivity, safety, wellbeing, and operational excellence.
- Drive HR transformation through technology, analytics, and process automation, enabling the People function to deliver greater strategic value and data-driven insights.
- Design and implement learning and development programmes that build leadership capability, functional expertise, and career growth across office, manufacturing, retail, and distribution teams.
- Foster an inclusive, values-driven culture where employees feel supported, empowered, and connected to the company's mission and purpose.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and employees, building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
What We're Looking For
- A strategic HR leader with strong business acumen and experience partnering with executive leadership teams.
- Proven success leading HR across multiple business functions, ideally including manufacturing, retail, and corporate environments.
- Experience building HR practices for fast-growing, multi-country organisations.
- Strong expertise in organisational development, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated experience implementing HR technology and leveraging people analytics to improve organisational outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organisation.
- Passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience while driving measurable business impact.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of HR leadership experience, with demonstrated success in partnering with senior leaders to drive organisational growth and business performance.
- Experience supporting FMCG, manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
