Job Description

This role will be a strategic business partner responsible for building and transforming the organization's people agenda to support sustainable business growth. You will lead the development of a strong HR foundation, build a high-performing HR team, establish HR practices, enhance leadership capability, and manage key stakeholder relationships across CEO, Executive Leadership Team, business leaders, regulators, and external partners.

Your Experience Will Contribute to

  • Establishing HR standards, governance, and best practices across the organization.
  • Building and developing a high-performing HR team and strengthening overall HR capability.
  • Driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Aligning HR policies, processes, and people practices with listed company standards and business objectives.
  • Enhancing workforce engagement, performance, and leadership capability across all locations.
  • Managing HR operations across headquarters, plants, and branch offices while ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Effectively managing a diverse workforce, including foreign workers and multicultural employee groups.
  • Building strong partnerships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, local authorities, and community leaders.
  • Leading CSR and community engagement initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation and social impact.
  • Supporting sustainable business growth through strategic people management and organizational development.

We're Looking For Person Who Has

  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a Head of HR or HR Director.
  • Proven experience in a listed company or public company environment.
  • Strong experience building HR infrastructure, policies, systems, and governance from the ground up.
  • Experience leading HR transformation and organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience managing HR operations for around 1,000employees across multiple locations.
  • Experience managing HR teams across head office, plants, and branch operations.
  • Proven experience building, leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing HR team.
  • Experience managing migrant blue collar , particularly Myanmar employees
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, labor relations, disciplinary processes, and employee welfare.
  • Experience leading community relations and CSR activities with local communities surrounding company operations.
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with government authorities, local community leaders, and external stakeholders.
