Job Description

Our growing company is looking to fill the role of HR. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-touch and high-visibility approach to daily activities by working closely with HR staff and Executives
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Systems and Talent Acquisition teams to build processes and systems to attract, retain and develop current and future employees and leaders
  • Work with management to define employee development needs in order to implement talent and development plans and programs to meet the organization's strategic goals and objectives
  • Lead activity related to detecting, assessing and developing critical talent and leaders, including succession planning
  • Ensure reward and recognition schemes drive retention and performance and are aligned to company best practices
  • Ensure effective internal communication, employee satisfaction, legal and company code of conduct compliance, safety and security and labor relations processes
  • Gain respect as trusted in-business advisor to leadership and as a strategic partner within a specialized HR discipline both inside and outside the business unit
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in multiple areas of specialized HR function(s) and innovative thinking and strategic orientation in the design and implementation of solutions
  • Possess excellent, effective strategic focus with clear demonstration of anticipative strategic thinking
  • Demonstrate skills and abilities to influence significant change and decisions critical to overall business success
  • Coach senior leaders to help them strengthen their people leadership skills
  • Provide advice and counsel to executives on issues related to performance of their people and their teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/master's degree in Related Field
  • 15+ years HR experience in a global, matrixed, fast paced environment, preferably as a Relationship Manager / Business Partner
  • Creates and inspires trust and openness amongst colleagues and clients together with a reputation for high personal integrity
  • Strategic and results-oriented leader able to articulate a clear vision and guide the HR team
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with people at all levels in the organization
  • Able to manage under pressure and conflicting demands priorities tasks
  • Ability to lead and drive major changes in the organization
  • Working experiences in a Public Company Limited (PCL) with various overseas subsidiaries is preferable
  • Knowledge of software packages such as SAP HCM will be an advantage.
