The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build and scale our international B2B partnerships and distribution business.

This role will focus on creating strategic partnerships with brokerages, agencies, developers, wealth managers, investment firms, immigration & relocation companies, and other distribution partners across Asia and selected international markets.

You will be responsible for expanding our overseas sales channels, growing cross-border transactions, and helping position FazWaz as the leading international distribution platform for Southeast Asian real estate.

Think of this role as running your own business unit, with significant autonomy, growth potential, and regional responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic B2B partnerships across Asia and other target markets
  • Expand distribution channels for exclusive and non-exclusive property projects
  • Drive international agent partnerships and grow transactions into Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Cambodia, and future markets
  • Identify new partnership, revenue, and market expansion opportunities
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with key partners
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
  • Build and lead a high-performing international partnerships team

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, international sales, or real estate
  • Proven track record building B2B partnerships and commercial relationships
  • Strong network within real estate, investment, developer, or wealth management sectors
  • Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures
  • Willing to travel regularly throughout the region
  • Additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, English (a must) Japanese, or Russian are a plus
