Key Responsibilities:
- Support product and stakeholders in Vietnam for car-title loan initiatives, and Philippines for Agent business growth, while maintaining/migrating Wallet service in Philippines, Malaysia, and Vietnam
- Aggregate all new development/enhancement needed in proposal from all countries into structured list of project solutions
- Validate impact of project solutions into quantified priority list for management decision making
- Define qualified projects into product roadmap for all international platform : Regional e-Wallet Core platform, Regional IR transfer platform and Regional ALMO Screening platform
- Build flexible platforms, to be able to support suitable features for launch not only in each country, but to be able to launch in Thailand Wallet as well, e.g. P2P features for (Cambodia+Thailand), and IR outbound via Mastercard for TH and international Wallets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to define product specifications, establish milestones and manage quality for successful implementation of projects
- Collaborate with product and stakeholders in Cambodia and Myanmar to define and prioritize product requirements for both Wallet and Agent
- Act as Growth Team support, to build necessary growth platforms for Cambodia Wallet, to ensure Cambodia Wallet MAU growth
- Ensure continuity of service for each countries Wallet, with necessary migration as required by regulation
- Define, prioritize and cascade product requirements to Ascend Technology Team, for the final product to be delivered to each country tech
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher with strong academic record preferably in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related flied
- Carried Agile methodology is a plus (Scrum master, Product owner, Agile marketer)
- At least 5 years of product management experience in Multi-National Company with strong product analytical background and able to make timely product requirements
- Experience with working in any large-scaled customer environment
- Ability to work with offshore teams, strong in multi-tasking and perform well under pressure
- Experience in UX/UI Design
