Position: Head of International Recruitment
Our client seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of International Recruitment to lead the growth of our international student population and strengthen the university's global presence. This role is responsible for developing and executing international recruitment strategies, expanding into new markets, and leading high-performing recruitment teams across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to attract international students from key markets such as China, Vietnam, Myanmar, India, and others
- Lead, manage, and develop country-based recruitment teams, including training to enhance sales performance and conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas Education Agents
- Represent the university at international education fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events
- Establish partnerships and negotiate MOUs with international schools, colleges, and universities
- Plan and implement marketing strategies for International Programs
- Analyze and identify high-potential target markets for student recruitment
- Manage the international recruitment pipeline from inquiry → application → enrollment
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in international recruitment, education marketing, or sales
- Proven experience in team leadership and international market development
- Strong understanding of international student markets and decision-making behavior
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
- Existing network with international agents or institutions is a strong advantage
