A leading technology solutions company is seeking an experienced Investment & M&A Leader to drive strategic investments and cross-border M&A initiatives across Asia Pacific.
This role will work closely with senior leadership to identify investment opportunities, execute acquisitions, and support long-term growth through strategic partnerships and capital deployment.
Compensation open — benchmarked to your current package (indicative SGD 250K–400K+ total, subject to profile)
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end M&A and strategic investment projects across APAC
Source and evaluate acquisition and investment opportunities
Conduct financial analysis, valuation, commercial assessment and investment recommendations
Manage due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations and transaction execution
Coordinate with investment banks, legal advisors, consultants and internal stakeholders
Support post-merger integration and value creation initiatives
Monitor technology market trends and identify strategic growth opportunities
Prepare investment materials and presentations for senior management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business or related disciplines
8+ years of relevant experience in:
Investment Banking
M&A Advisory
Corporate Development
Private Equity
Venture Capital
Candidates with Investment Banking experience, or a combination of Investment Banking + Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) experience are highly preferred
Proven experience leading cross-border M&A transactions
Strong financial modeling, valuation and deal execution capabilities
Experience in technology, ICT, software or digital industries is highly preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English is required; Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred
Willingness to travel internationally when required
