Leading the delivery of technical and business solutions across projects and teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, quality standards, and timelines.
- Solution Planning and Execution: Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and allocate resources, track progress, and ensure project are delivered.
- Performance Management: Set clear objectives and KPIs for delivery teams. Regularly review team performance and adjust plans to meet delivery goals.
- Stakeholder Reporting and Alignment: Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns.
- Lead and mentor crossfunctional teams, including developers, product owner, project manager and QA. Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within delivery teams.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, and priorities. Provide regular updates on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Establish best practices for solution delivery, including agile methodologies and quality standards and monitor project KPIs and ensure continuous process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Over 15 years of experience in Information Technology
- Software development lifecycle, including development methodologies
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline
- Understanding of system architecture, integration, and enterprise-level solutions
- Familiarity with tools for project management, communication, and reporting
- Understand business processes and how technology supports them
- Budget planning, cost management, and resource allocation
- Risk management principals and mitigation strategies
- Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements
