Works closely with Head of Business Unit to establish each product's business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation and work onsite with the team on a daily basis
Set ambitious and clear vision / actionable item and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit
Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
Maintain and refine a prioritized product backlog based on business value.
Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as Bi-weekly demos
Integrates usability studies and research into requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in an IT Manager, Senior IT Manager, or other related leadership positions.
Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor
Familiar with Enterprise Business.
Super logical thinking with platform creation, development process, product design and backlog prioritization.
Strongly communication skill for what's matter, why and why not to team members and stakeholders.
