Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies for the IT project management office (PMO).
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within the organisation.
- Ensure alignment of IT projects with business goals and objectives.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, including ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA expertise preferred), manufacturing systems, analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, data analytics, AI/ML, IoT, and emerging technologies relevant to industrial transformation
- Establish and enforce project management standards and methodologies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and team members.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively.
- Report project performance and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
