Work you will do

• Act as a consultant to clients in designing learning programs and courses that drive real organizational change and transformation
• Design proposals and ensure programs deliver measurable impact aligned with course objectives
• Collaborate closely with instructors to ensure learning designs translate into real impact for participants
• Build, lead, and manage the Learning & Organizational Development Consulting team

Let us Talk About You

If you are someone with:

• Strong capability in consulting large organizations on Organization Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D)
• Proven experience in delivering real change through Change Management and Digital Transformation in large organizations
• Passion for continuous self-development and learning in soft skills, business, and digital domains
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and integrative thinking skills
• Excellent presentation and client-persuasion skills
