Join us as Head of Legal Non-Credit Litigation, where you'll lead strategic legal defenses and proactive actions in complex disputes, fraud cases, and regulatory challenges. This role is critical to protecting the Bank's reputation and ensuring legal resilience across non-credit matters. Job Descriptions.

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for studying, analyzing, and developing strategic legal defense plans for civil, criminal, and labor cases against the Bank (both good bank and bad bank), its directors, and officers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Providing strategic legal counsel and opinions on internal and/or external fraud cases both defensive and offensive (including mule account and scammer)
  • Direct negotiations and settlement discussions to expedite dispute resolutions, minimizing potential damages and preserving the Bank's reputation.
  • Strategically initiate legal proceedings, including civil and labor lawsuits against third parties or employees for fraudulent acts, and coordinate criminal actions with law enforcement agencies.
  • Oversee the management of petitions, such as the return of seized assets in criminal cases, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and strategic resolutions.
  • Supervise asset searches and the identification of statutory heirs across the Bank's units, providing guidance and support to the team.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies regarding lawsuits involving Bank directors, ensuring comprehensive coverage and risk management.
  • Manage the team responsible for document verification and evidence gathering for third-party lawsuits against the Bank, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document verification and facts examination and present for approval the provision estimation in cases where the bank is sued for damages.

Qualifications.

  • Bachelor/Master s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10 years in legal practice, with banking or financial services industry experience.
  • Expertise in civil, criminal, and labor law, with litigation experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Advanced analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Maintains professionalism and integrity in challenging situations.
  • Proven ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.
  • Experience mentoring and developing legal professionals.
