Lead the planning and management of iQIYI Thailand's original productions, focusing on BL content with GL/BG and variety shows as supporting genres. Oversee content development, production quality, compliance, cost control, and partnerships to maximize ROI and long-term platform growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of local original productions from development to release.
- Manage Thai production partners, creative teams, and production execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Oversee BL-focused productions with a strong understanding of casting, fan culture, and promotional strategies.
- Handle commercial negotiations, partnerships, rights management, sponsorships, and monetization opportunities.
- Monitor budgets, cost control, ROI, and project profitability through data-driven management.
- Lead and develop the production team while improving workflows and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Thai regulations, copyright requirements, and risk management standards.
Qualifications
- 7–12 years of experience in Thai film, series, or variety production, with at least 3 years in production management or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end production workflows and hands-on production experience.
- Excellent commercial negotiation, budgeting, cost control, and data analysis skills.
- Familiar with Thailand's BL ecosystem, audience behavior, and promotional strategies; BL/GL experience preferred.
- Fluent Thai and business-level English; Chinese is a plus.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
