The SVP, Logistic Support & Transformation leads a multifunctional organization responsible for strengthening Big C's logistics backbonefrom distribution performance and lastmile delivery to strategic transformation. This role ensures that Big C's supply chain is scalable, efficient, digitally enabled, and fully aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction across Distribution Income, Last Mile Logistics, Logistics Transformation and Returnable Asset Management.
- Lead the logistics transformation roadmap, driving process optimization, digitalization, automation, and costtoserve reduction.
- Strengthen lastmile operational performance, partner management, and customer delivery experience across retail and omnichannel businesses.
- Oversee distribution income governance, ensuring accurate billing, service charge optimization, and improved financial contribution from DC operations.
- Direct the Transformation Officeincluding project management, analytics, cost analysis, performance tracking, and documentation control.
- Develop longterm network strategy, covering DC expansion, capacity planning, transportation optimization, and infrastructure evolution.
- Oversee endtoend returnable asset operations, including asset lifecycle, tracking, recovery, and loss control.
- Build and coach highperforming teams across all logistics support functions, promoting capability development and operational excellence.
- Partner crossfunctionally with Operations, Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, and IT to align logistics solutions with business objectives.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, retail, FMCG, or distribution management.
- Proven leadership in transformation, DC operations, network development, and multi-tier team management.
- Strong analytical, financial, and project management capabilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and navigating a matrix organization.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
