We are currently seeking a Head of Maintenance with a background in WCM manufacturing, a proven track record in people management, facilities and utilities management, hands-on operations, and machine improvement.
Principle responsibilities will be
- Developing and implementing PM strategy, prepare and execute the optimized annual Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument control for repair & maintenance budget for production and utility
- Ensure the minimized machine downtime (MTBF, MTTR) and the maximized machine efficiency, safety and productivity by launching PM strategy, giving recommendation as well as providing the training sessions to production team
- Initiate and lead the projects on Energy Efficiency & Sustainability programs
- Upgrading or modifying production machinery based on customers requirements and ensuring machine capacity can produce the required products at the required quality and volume by installing additional or new parts to improve production capacity and quality; monitoring the machines running through trial runs to ensure they are able to perform according to the set plan.
- Preparing yearly maintenance budgets and managing and controlling maintenance expenses.
- Managing the acquisition and maintenance of capital equipment for the Engineering Section; writing specifications and coordinating purchasing, delivery, and installation.
- Implementing, managing, and controlling the PM of electrical and mechanical machinery.
- Implementing and being responsible for energy saving projects.
- Leading & coordinating project management for plant expansion & machine installation for CAPEX and various other improvement projects.
- Coordinating and working with the EHS team to ensure the site consistently complies with legal or regulatory requirements.
- Providing support in relation to 5S, ISO 9000 & ISO14000 and OPEX.
Qualification
- At least 10 years of working experience in engineering, maintenance and new project lead from MNC firms.
- Strongly team management with minimum 5 years of managerial level.
- Proficiency of English communication in business context.
- Experienced in TPM, Lean Six Sigma.
- Solid knowledgeable of automation and digitalization system.
