Collaborate with QC to maintain product quality and reduce defects(RCCA ).
Build a strong engineering team culture focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Train production teams on new technologies, standard work methods, and product knowledge.
Apply AI and smart technologies to monitor, analyze, and improve production performance.
Use data-driven, process optimization, and quality control.
Provide regular summary reports and recommendations to APU Manager
Identify improvement projects, assess feasibility, and lead implementation.
Ensure all activities align with safety, environmental, and compliance standards
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of related experience in manufacturing environmental.
Lean tools and methodology application 2-3 experiences.
6-sigma DMAIC GB/BB/MBB certified.
Experiences in people management; performance management, coaching and knowledge and skills development
Strong analytical skills, coupled with a creative and open mind towards alternative methods.
Able to complete projects in a timely manner and document the results.
Able to plan tasks and small projects.
Having technical skills or knowledge related to Electrical parts manufacturing
Having basic knowledge of CATIA and/ or SOLID WORKS.
Experience in ISO, OHSAS, Lean Six Sigma, Quality control system (Process flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan) and QC tools with good computer skills (MS Office, Minitab, Access, etc.)
Good English communication skills to enable efficient communication with foreign customers and understand technical documentation.
