What you'll doLead end-to-end marketing and CRM strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
Manage and mentor the marketing and CRM team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure aligned execution
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and KPIs to optimise performance and growth
Proven leadership experience in marketing and/or CRM within fast-growing or digital-driven organisations
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with strong commercial and customer focus
