Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies that integrate marketing, technology, and data intelligence to drive innovation and business success.
- Team Management: Lead six specialized teams to enhance digital transformation and innovation:
- Innovation & Digital Transformation: Identify trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative marketing solutions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data intelligence to optimize marketing performance, customer engagement, and business strategy.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, and operations, to align marketing innovations with business objectives.
- Budget & Resource Management: Ensure efficient allocation of resources and budgets for marketing innovation and data intelligence initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs and track the impact of technology, design, and data-driven marketing initiatives on business performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital transformation, or data intelligence, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in digital marketing, AI-driven data analysis, UX/UI design, and project management technologies.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and implement technology-driven business solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
