Position Summary:

The Head of Marketing will oversee all marketing, branding, and communications strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in both traditional and digital marketing. Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision of becoming a regional leader, with a strong focus on brand positioning, audience engagement, and market expansion. - Campaign Development:
Lead the design and implementation of data-driven marketing campaigns targeting both domestic and international markets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. - Brand Management:
Strengthen and manage the company's brand identity across all touchpoints-digital, print, and experiential-ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal departments to promote key programs, strategic initiatives, product offerings, and corporate priorities. - Market Intelligence:
Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and strategic opportunities, leveraging insights to guide marketing direction and innovation. - Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all internal and external communications in line with the company's values and positioning. - Performance Monitoring:
Define, track, and analyze key marketing performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform ongoing strategy refinement. - Budget and Vendor Management:
Manage marketing budgets responsibly and oversee relationships with agencies, consultants, and external vendors to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with company standards.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role-preferably in education, corporate, or mission-driven organizations.
- Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and international market engagement.
- Proven ability to lead multi-channel campaigns and brand development initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English, proficiency in Thai is an advantage.
