Role Overview
Com7 Plc. is seeking a highly experienced Head of Marketing with strong expertise in the financial services and lending sector - preferably with a background in companies related to personal loans, or related financial products.
This role oversees the full marketing spectrum, covering online, offline, retail, communication, and event marketing, while leading a marketing team of 56 members. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can drive brand growth and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with UFUND's business objectives
- Strengthen UFUND's brand positioning within the lending and financial services market
- Lead and mentor the marketing team (Creative & Design, Online, Communication)
- Conduct market analysis and consumer insights to refine marketing directions
2. Online Marketing
- Oversee Performance Marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, SEO/SEM)
- Drive content strategy, digital campaigns, and social communication
- Supervise end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, from ideation to evaluation
3. Offline, Retail & Event Marketing
- Manage marketing materials for retail branches (POSM, signage, POP, booth design etc.)
- Develop marketing campaigns for branches, service points, and business partners
- Plan and oversee roadshows, events, and offline/in-store activities
4. Communication & Branding
- Establish and maintain brand identity, messaging, and communication tone
- Work closely with other internal teams/agencies to enhance brand awareness and reputation
- Create and manage the brand's message framework across all touchpoints
5. Data, Reporting & Budget Management
- Define KPIs and measure performance for all marketing campaigns
- Manage marketing budget effectively and optimize spending
- Prepare marketing performance reports for the executive team
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business, or related fields (Master's degree preferred)
- 710 years of experience in marketing, specifically in financial services / lending / personal loan / non-bank sectors
- Proven leadership experience managing teams
- Strong understanding of mass-market consumer behavior and borrower profiles
- Strong proficiency in English - able to read, write, and communicate effectively
